Do 3 tasks before reading the terms
This page's R444 App terms show the current service structure since 2019; the same rules apply to all accounts when using bKash, Nagad and Rocket
A quick read saves a lot of hassle, especially for Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet users, who should first read the 3 parts of the policy
What to follow for R444 Login and R444 Register
1. Provide correct
Enter name, phone and date of birth correctly at once; wrong information may delay verification
2. One account per person
Do not open multiple profiles on the same number; this causes login and support problems in both places
3. Keep security code secret
Never give OTP or password to anyone; be more careful when using Dhaka cafe networks
4. Keep device updated
To run the APK on older Android, grant permissions first; this makes the R444 App open faster
How the policies change
R444 App terms update in two steps: first the team writes changes, then the new version is shown to everyone
When major changes occur, there is a notice; small corrections, such as language clarity or section arrangement, take effect immediately
Where to see update notices
Notices usually appear inside the app after logging in; read the blue banner on the Home screen
Emails and SMS are also used; when policies related to bKash, Nagad or Rocket change, they are announced in a separate message
Effective date and old version
When new terms come into effect, the effective date is clearly written; the tasks done before are generally under the old rules
If you need the old version, contact support; references to changes within 30 days are in FAQ and Blog
3 Rules for using accounts in Bangladesh
bKash Transactions
Match the numbers; sending to the wrong number may delay reversal
Nagad Setup
When logging in from a mobile, keep the PIN separate; changing it repeatedly on one device makes verification harder
Rocket Verification
If using Rocket, keep the receipt screenshot for later reconciliation
Tip for Dhaka users
If the network is slow, try after 10 PM; many say pages load faster then
Where to view older rules
If you want to view the previous R444 FAQ And R444 Blog Good reference; there are explanations and examples both
If any clause is hard to understand, R444 Contact Write on the page; the support team answers one topic at a time
